I love the gingham trend because it’s a sign that spring and summer are near. However, wearing gingham as a grown women can be tricky because the last thing you want to do is look like a tablecloth. I’ve always been one to accessorize with fun & bold prints and then choose more muted clothing pieces. When I came across these adorable gingham slides for only $15, I had to have them. Not only are they super comfortable but they can be paired with jeans, shorts, dresses, and skirts. I have a feeling they will be my go-to shoe this summer. Lately my favorite tee’s have been the Universal Thread ones from Target (and they are currently on sale for $5!) They are so soft and comfortable and come in a variety of colors. For this red tee in particular, I bought a size up so I could tie at the waist. Since this Universal Thread skirt is so high waisted, I wanted to emphasize pretending to have a long torso 🙂 Evelyn’s adorable gingham romper was handmade from Willow + Hazel out of Texas. I love supporting local shops and the quality of their pieces is excellent. [Check out their adorable Instagram feed for more cuteness]. I’ve linked everything we’re wearing at the end of the post, and every piece is under $25. Happy Monday!
