This weekend was absolutely beautiful here in Atlanta. High’s in the mid 60’s, no pollen, cool breezes … simply perfect for outdoor activities. Saturday was the big Atlanta Zoo trip that some mommy friends and I had been planning. The majority of the dads had not met one another so it was nice for them to meet and get to know everyone. Afterwards we all went to lunch at Six Feet Under and sat upstairs on the outside patio overlooking the city. All the babies were such troopers and well behaved! Some were even able to take their naps at the zoo or lunch. It was so fun getting everyone together and I am already looking forward to our group cookout in May!
Sunday was filled with errands, cleaning, relaxation, margaritas and lunch at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. We spent some time in the back yard (which was freshly mowed by the hubby) and also put up a new bird feeder. Henry even enjoyed his morning bottle beneath the azaleas. I’m sad this weekend had to come to an end and I am already counting the days until next weekend. We have our neighborhood wide garage sale and I cannot wait to purge and clean
I hope everyone got to get outside and enjoy their time together!
