I know. I’ve slacked on this like crazy. The past 6 weeks have been so hectic with the birthday, sunroom, working, company in town, the America’s Mart show, etc. Things have (somewhat) settled down and returned to normal. Now I can finally get back to my late night Etsy browsing days. I have recently fallen in love with all things mint. One of my sweet friends Hanna even gave me a quilted mint purse from her amazing store, Pinkheart, and I want to wear it all the time, even to bed. My baby eats a lot. A LOT. More than any of the other babies in our play group. To keep him from messing up his clothes, I own about 50 + bibs. Not kidding. There is a bib for every occasion and every outfit. I’ve also recently bought a blw feeding bib too! I have a slight obsession with baby accessories … shoes, bibs, hats, pacifier clips. Five Things Friday – Father’s Day!

Okay, more like Five Things Saturday. Yesterday got away from me. Typical.

I am more excited about Father’s Day than I was about Mother’s Day. I love celebrating someone else’s day and making them feel special. This year I will be getting my husband something he could really use (I love the canvas lunch bag, especially since we have both been eating healthier and taking our lunch to work). Oh and those BBQ spices … that is a must!

The hubby has been away for business and came home last night. I made this yummy cocktail for my hard working man! Side note – add more lemon!

We are having some friends and their baby over for dinner tomorrow night, kind of like a date night but with babies. The hubby is making his famous shrimp tortellini (side note: this was the first meal he made for me. Ever since then I was hooked). Five Things Friday – All about Gold

For years I shunned away from gold and refused to buy or wear anything that even resembled the color. Perhaps it was in fear that I would look euro-trashy or like Mr. T. But lately, I have been obsessed with all things gold, and now I can say that I’m a part of legit scrap gold buyers. When I saw the engraved bracelet (#1) I immediately put it on my want list (which is huge). I think it would be great to wear at Henry’s first birthday. We are on our way to a graduation party now but I hope everyone has an amazing Mother’s Day. We will be very busy as we have lots of family in town. Current Obsessions

I hope everyone made it through Monday and Tuesday! Half way there … The rain is finally drying up and the sun is coming out. Perfect weather for a park play date/picnic today with a bunch of mommy friends and their little ones. Henry has been taking an awesome morning nap and is mentally preparing himself for a fun afternoon with his buddies. I’ll do a recap tomorrow 🙂 For now, here is what I am currently obsessing over (this list could go on and on but I will spare you from website/shopping overload).

Hatchcraft Frames using your Instagram pictures. All frames are made by hand in Colorado and I just ordered one Friday and it has already shipped and will be here Saturday. PS: If you like them on Facebook, you get 15% off your first order.

Not sure what took me so long to buy a legit outdoor blanket for picnics and park play dates, but I finally did. I love the geometric pattern and the gray/turquoise color. Very gender neutral and also “adult-ish” so you don’t feel like you are sitting on a swaddle-newborn blanket.

Adorable mini bows for baby girls (every one I know is having a girl). I bought a few for some friends who are expecting, hurry and get yours, there is only 1 day left!

My new favorite Etsy shop! They are local too, right out of Atlanta. We have a prints everywhere in the house; a gallery wall up the stairs, Henry’s bathroom and bedroom and the master.
