Like many of you have heard, the south was hit pretty bad with an ice and snow storm this past week. Luckily no one was stranded in their cars this time and for the most part everyone was home safe, including us. Henry is fascinated by the snow and I am so glad he’s been able to experience it twice this year. Thank God it’s melting because cabin fever with a toddler is no joke.

Henry: My little explorer. Also, could this outfit be any cuter on him? I wish my legs looked that good in leggings.

Henry: My little cupid. Happy Valentine’s Day!
I couldn’t resist picking a photo from our recent mini session with our friend Joleen from Love, Joleen photography. She always captures the best pictures of Henry! Her attention to detail is phenomenal. Henry’s outfit details can be found here and his bow tie is from Lemons & Cream

this weeks photo (and the rest above) were taken by my friend Joleen from Love, Joleen Photography

Henry saw his first snow this week and we had 2 1/2 days off of work/preschool. We did a lot of relaxing and spending time together. This picture sums up how excited Henry was to see snow. He was so mesmerized and bewildered all at the same time. He just stood there smiling, finally walking around after a few minutes, but even then his steps were cautious and careful. It is so much fun to see things through your child’s eyes.
