I can’t believe it’s been a year since the 31 Days of Halloween kickoff and we are back at it again! I spoke about this on Instagram stories, but this year I am really embracing the rough and ugly characters for the collection. What better rough and ugly character than Beetlejuice. I knew I had to enlist my talented friend Britney for makeup (check out her last years looks: Jessica Rabbit, Jack Skellington, Edward Scissorhands and Ursula). I could have definitely gone the glam route in terms of makeup and costume but I truly want these characters to be as close to their authentic versions as possible. We even shot this one in a cemetery for ultimate likeness.
Check out our Beetlejuice family costume from 2019 here and my Lydia Deetz costume from the 31 days last year. There are so many iconic characters from this film, you may be seeing another one later this month 🙂 I have linked my costume below and included several different options because there are so many costume choices. Happy October 1! It’s Showtime!
