Our Thanksgiving was my idea of a perfect Holiday. A day where we get to be our family of 3, then join in on the big family activities, and come back home to our house and relax. After waking up we came downstairs to enjoy the fire and watch the pre-Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade coverage. Henry still isn’t into watching TV that much (however, prior to the parade coverage, The Office was on and he was fascinated when Dwight was talking. Definitely our son). He ended up going down for a nap at 9 and slept through the whole parade and gave us a solid three hours of sleeping. Maybe next year he will be into the parade more. We took advantage of his long nap by making a light and yummy paleo breakfast, bringing out Christmas decorations, and relaxing. We headed to my Grandmother’s house around 3 and had a good time catching up with family and friends (there was 14 of us total). The food was amazing as always and I nearly ate myself into a food coma. It’s crazy to think that Thanksgiving has come and gone and tomorrow is December 1. I hope everyone enjoyed their November and Thanksgiving!
